FAQ'S


Order Processing:

  • Select an Album/Box size
  • “Enter your contact and preliminary order information on our ‘Contact’ page.
  • Our team will get in touch with you within 2 business days and will provide you with a detailed set of instructions on how we will fulfill your order
  • Upload your Photos* in accordance with the instructions provided by our team
  • Receive your PDF design within 5 business days.
  • Approve your design or submit your revisions
  • Repeat designing/editing steps until you are 100% satisfied with the design
  • Once you have approved the PDF design, the order will be confirmed and sent for production
  • The Order will be shipped per the shipping instructions below

*Note: High resolution photos in jpg files are recommended. We cannot be held responsible for low resolution photos received and sent for print.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping – 2 weeks after design approval
  • Express Shipping – Please contact us for urgent orders
  • We offer free shipping within the US.
  • We offer tracked worldwide shipping using UPS/DHL/FedEx

Returns

  • Replacement options are available for damaged/faulty products only.
